 DESIGN CONSULTATION Our collection features our signature ring designs, stone options, carat weights and metals, specifically tailored to you and your individual preferences. The journey first begins with an inquiry via our website or by appointment with one of our jewelry consultants. This is a perfect opportunity for you to view our designs and discuss ideas and preferences within your specified budget. This consultation can also take place online or over the phone correspondence. We pride ourselves on tailoring this process especially to you, providing valuable advice, guidance and education to make the journey just as lovely as the final piece. |
 SELECTING THE STONE With your selected design, desired stone and budget in mind, Kanahele Jewelry will source through our network of trusted suppliers to select your stone. We understand that your custom piece is an investment both personally and financially, which is why we are selective with the quality of stones we use and the highest levels of service. |
 DEVELOPMENT Once a decision is made on design, you will receive an email including a quote and computerized render of your piece. Upon approval of your quote, a 75% deposit is required to secure your order. When your deposit is received, your ring goes into the production stages. Our manufacturing process will take 8 - 11 weeks. |
 CRAFTED FOR YOU Your design is now ready to be brought to life by our skilled team of jewelers. The finishing of our pieces require time and careful attention to detail for each level of our production stage. As a small company and team, we will always do our best to craft your piece with the highest quality. You are welcome to reach out to us to check-in on progress. We will be happy to provide you with an update and estimated timeframe of completion. |
 YOUR PIECE With your piece now complete, we will send you a reminder of your final payment. Once payment is received, we will prepare your piece for pick up in our showroom or shipping. Pieces that require shipping will be insured and shipped via USPS to your confirmed address. The Kanahele Jewelry custom process ends with your forever. |
