Each piece of jewelry is handmade and created specifically for you. Our fulfillment time for Hawaiian Heirloom Jewelry orders is 6-8 weeks from time of confirmed order to delivery via USPS or pick up in our showroom. Our Engagement and Wedding collection fulfillment time is 9-11 weeks. If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please reach out and we will try our best to accommodate you. Rush order charges will apply. Please contact us if this is something you are interested in.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all Hawaiian Heirloom Jewelry orders shipped within the U.S. All orders are insured for the value of pieces(s) and sent via Priority mail through USPS. To ensure all parcels are delivered to recipient, signature upon delivery will be required. Shipping charges are additional to our Engagement and Wedding pieces and insured for the full value. They are also shipped via Priority mail via USPS and require a signature upon delivery. Restricted delivery is available at clients request. Once an order is shipped, you will be notified via email and provided with tracking information for your order.

RETURN POLICY

By submitting your order, you are agreeing to our return policy that all sales are final. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for any customized pieces. Additional charges will be applied should size changes need to be made after piece is completed. Shipping costs associated with return of piece for any size changes are the responsibility of customer.
