We warranty Kanahele Jewelry pieces to be re enameled if it wears off. We do not offer reenamel services on pieces that are not made by Kanahele Jewelry. Please contact us to inquire about this service.

We offer repairs on pieces made by Kanahele Jewelry. Please refer to our Jewelry care page.

Aside from our original designs, we are open to slight modifications. Please inquire for information on limitations and additional rates that may apply.

Once payment is cleared, production of your piece will begin. Please allow 6-8 weeks for completion of your piece. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Should you decide you want to cancel your order, you will have 24 hrs to cancel or make any changes.

Each piece is made to order and created specifically for you. By submitting this order you are agreeing to our return policy that all sales are final.

We are able to resize any piece Kanahele Jewelry has made, however please keep in mind that this can be costly once piece is completed. Labor and material charges will apply.

You are welcome to come in to our showroom to get sized. Otherwise, we recommend visiting your nearest jewelry store to get your size. Visit our jewelry sizing page for more information.

Our normal turn around time is 6-8weeks, however we will consider rush orders. Please contact us if this something you are interested in. Additional charges will apply.

We do not work with stones purchased independently, however we are open to discuss using you’re heirloom stone.

Yes we do! We can arrange a payment plan including up to four payments over a period of four months with the last payment including the balance and any difference in gold costs at time of payment. Once your order is 75% paid, production of your piece will begin. Please allow 6-8 weeks for completion.

We do not work with these metals. All of our jewelry is offered in solid karat metals.

We do not use other gold to create pieces, however we can apply credit to an order according to the value of your gold trade-in.

We recommend you insure your jewelry with an independent insurance company and/or adding to your personal home insurance.
